Returns Within 30 Days: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products purchased from humboldtvapetech.com must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and brand-new condition.
- Timeframe: Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Glass Damage: Any damage to glass items must be reported to our Customer Service team within 72 hours of delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. Costs for expedited shipping on the original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments unless tracked and insured.
- Processing Fees: A processing fee of 20–50% may apply to items that are opened, tampered with, or have broken factory seals. Incomplete returns (e.g., missing cables, accessories, or parts) may incur additional fees up to 50%.
- Discretion: Humboldt Vape Tech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return or exchange or to request additional information before approving a return or exchange.
