Top Air Flow and Sequoia Diffusers come with a 1 year warranty, but it does not cover the heaters, as they are considered a consumable. All heaters are guaranteed to fire, please test them before hand.
Return Policy
We have a fourteen day no questions asked return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your products during this time
return them for a full refund. After fourteen days, all sales are final!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping
We use First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail Shipping. Make your choice during check out, you will be charged accordingly.
We ship 5 days a week. orders in before 2 pm ship the same day.
All items ship with Tracking, and will usually arrive in 2-5 days.
