How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (USPS Priority Mail). Express options (1–2 days) available at checkout. Orders placed before 1 PM PST usually ship same day (Mon–Fri) but can take as long as 3-4 days depending on the products you purchase.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes! All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no mention of the products or Humboldt Vape Tech on the outside.
Do you ship to my state?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states where the products are federally legal.
Is signature required on delivery?
For orders over $300 or certain age-restricted items, we require an adult (21+) signature.
Do you check ID / age verification?
Yes. Every order is age-verified through a third-party service. You’ll need a valid government-issued ID showing you’re 21+.
Do you price-match?
If you find a lower price on an identical, in-stock item from an authorized U.S. retailer, send us the link to [email protected] and we’ll do our best to match or beat it.
Why is my card being declined?
Many banks still flag vape/head-shop purchases. Try a different card.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes — just reply to your order confirmation email within 1 hour.
What is your return policy?
Unopened & unused items: 30-day returns for refund or exchange.
My tracking says delivered but I didn’t get it — what now?
Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll file a claim and reship or refund you.
