What HVT Atomizer is Right For Me?

atomizers, wax atomizers, hvt atomizers

If you’re new to vaping concentrates, or vaping in general, choosing the right atomizer for you can be a tricky decision. First we will give you a break down of our different atomizers. Then we will help you choose the right Humboldt Vape Tech atomizer for you.

Our first atomizer is the original, best-selling Sai Atomizer. These are available in four colors: Stainless Steel, Black, Gold, and Titanium. With a diameter of 22mm and a height of 54mm the Sai is effective yet portable. The Sai comes with a Kanthal with Black Ceramic coil pre-installed. There are also plenty of accessories for the Sai Atomizer, they are compatible with the Poseidon, Hydro Tube, Water Pipe Attachment, and the Reverse Banger.

Next we have the EzSai Atomizer and Mod Combo. With the EzSai you have the option to add an EzSai Base that will match your unit in whichever color you choose; Stainless Steel or Black. The EzSai is our Sai Atomizer on an easy to use mod, so it also has a diameter of 22mm and a height of 125mm. The EzSai comes with a Triple Titanium with Quartz Coil pre-installed as well as a 4mm Kanthal with Quartz coil. Accessories for the EzSai include: the Poseidon, the Hydro Tube, the Water Pipe Attachment, and the Reverse Banger.

The Top Airflow Sai Atomizer is our best-selling Sai with a little innovation. These guys are the original Sai with a top airflow cap. The top airflow cap enables the use of the Titanium Bucket, Quartz Bucket, and the Top Airflow AVS Coil. The Top Airflow is available in Stainless Steel, Black, and Titanium. The Titanium Bucket comes pre-installed in these gems. Since the Top Airflow Sai is the original Sai with a top airflow cap it still has a diameter of 22mm but a height of 56 mm. These can be used with the Poseidon and the Water Pipe Attachment.

Following the development of the Top Airflow Sai, Vic designed the Sequoia Atomizer. The Sequoia is like a big brother to the Sai, still carries the HVT name and results; just a little bigger. The Sequoia Atomizer has a diameter of 25mm and a height of 50mm. They are available in Stainless Steel and Titanium. The Poseidon is available in a model that fits the Sequoia. These guys come with a Sequoia Triple Titanium with Black Ceramic coil pre-installed.

Succeeding the Sequoia, we have the New Sequoia. Also has a diameter of 25mm but a height of 58mm. Like the original, these are available in Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Black. However, instead of a Triple Titanium coil these come with a Titanium Bucket pre-installed. These are an improved version of the original Sequoia, these come with Vic’s new Tri-directional top airflow, as well as the ability to run both Sequoia and Sai coils! The Sequoia Poseidon is also compatible with these gems.

So now that we’ve broken down our different atomizers, we’ll help you choose the right one for you. First, if you’re a total beginner and have no idea how to use a box mod; pick up an EzSai. You can thank us later ;). They’re super easy to use and the mod has four pre-programmed modes (three titanium modes and one wattage mode). So while they are only compatible with titanium and kanthal coils, they’re perfect for those learning our product and learning how to use e-rigs.

If you’re a beginner/novice, or new to our products, but are familiar with box mods or have no woes about learning to use one; get a regular Sai or the Original Sequoia. Both of these can use a wider variety of coils than the EzSai, but they do require the use of a 510 thread box mod with variable temperature control settings. We carry several compatible mods. Most of the coils require a temperature control mode so be sure to check our chart and use the correct settings for the coil you’re using!

If you’re new to vaping concentrates but are familiar with box mods, or have experience with our products, pick up a Top Airflow Sai or a New Sequoia. These will run the widest variety of coils, enabling the use of the bucket coils. The bucket coils are not intended for beginners so that’s why we don’t recommend either of these to total beginners. These also would require being paired with a box mod that has variable temperature control.
