We operate https://www.humboldtvapetech.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the site.
We use your personal information only for fulfilling orders and improving the site. By using the site you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection and Use
While using our site we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Customers will input shipping and billing information, email addresses, and phone numbers. Card information will NOT be saved. The only information we retain are phone numbers and email addresses, only to contact the customer if there’s an issue with their order. Email addresses can be used to make a customer log-in, but those emails are only stored, not used for anything. Absolutely no information is given, sold, or traded to any third-party.
Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site. This log data may include information such as the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
Humboldt Vape Tech Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders over $25. All orders under $25 will be charged standard USPS rates to cover the shipping from that order. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Mail pick up is at 2 pm PST, orders made before then between Monday and Friday will go out that day.
General Domestic Pricing:

Due to the cost, ALL international orders wil be charged shipping.

*International prices and times vary by country, these are general approximations. Also note that occasionally customs holds/stops packages and this may delay your package.
All orders will receive their tracking number. Please be aware that once USPS or FedEx picks up your package they are now liable for it. However, if you do have an issue with your package email us at [email protected] and let us know. We always do our best to help and make it right, just let us know what’s going on. If you had your package sent to an unsecured location and it is tampered with or stolen, we are not liable.
Humboldt Vape Tech Return Policy
Everything is of course judged on a case by case basis, however, they will follow these general guidelines:
- Atomizers come with a lifetime warranty (lifetime of the atomizer, not your lifetime), so the atomizer will be replaced or replacement parts will be sent if the atomizer malfunctions of its own accord (not user error).
- Coils are considered a consumable and will only be replaced if they’re dead on arrival. Coils broken from user error will NOT be replaced.
- For any other defective units you have 90 calendar days to contact us for either a replacement or a refund.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it/them. You must have your invoice or order confirmation. Once the item(s) are received we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment. You will receive the credit in 1-5 business days depending on your card issuer’s terms after we receive the item(s).
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item(s).
- For a swift refund/exchange please include a note, or printed copy of either your invoice or email thread with us discussing your return/exchange.
